Being as the Patch is out today was wondering what type of spec's people will be trying out for PvE.
You plan to stick with your current setup, or maybe switch it up a little bit get some of them new talents rolling? Would be nice to see some others idea's and comments.
I've been messing around with the tree and I'm still a little unsure what i may do atm.

I think that will be a fairly standard build if you want COH (and for sunwell, you're going to still want COH imo). Personally I don't think Disc is strong enough without the last 10 talent points and due to the aoe nature of sunwell, COH is much better.

Why would you go CoH without Holy Reach.
Also, divine providence sucks.

Cant think of a situation where I would need 4 more yards radius on COH that desperately. I'd put the last point in Inner Focus rather than Divine Providence in hindsight.

Holy Reach has nearly always been a waste of talent points, and moreso now with even more shit to pick from. If you are running your raid properly and you need to maximize COH for specific fights, you group people into clusters anyhow. In such a situation 4 yards won't really make or break you.

I disagree. For one, if you use PoH at all then it's beneficial.
On fights where CoH excels (Felmyst for example), unless you really stack on one person in phase 1, you'll benefit from the extra radius. During phase 2 as well when people are running all over the place they aren't trying to stay together so CoH is effective. Also on KJ it makes it so you can use CoH on melee and hit everyone in the group, whereas without it you would not.
In any case, 1 point anywhere else in the tree other than divine providence would be better. Inner Focus + HC procs + clicky trinket >>>>>>>>> 2% more CoH healing.

Here's my "testing discipline to see if it still sucks for pve" build.

I'll be doing some variant of http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=bVhbzhZfxt0s0qihmIo
+- 1 point from Holy Reach to Desperate Prayer, possibly.

So Disc was... a bit underwhelming. I definitely felt the lack of CoH when healing. It's also extremely hard to calculate the effectiveness of the spec since Shields don't show up on meters. They definitely save lives though.
It's also hard to gauge the net benefits of Disc when the boss you're fighting falls over before you even realize you started the fight (lolplateau).

I think I'm going to try Lightwell again soon.

In so far i specced 2/59, ignoring med and compensating for its loss with bangle of endless blessings, pretty legit, lightwell is amazing you just need to get your raid into the habit of using it now.
Guardian spirit is awesome for the simple fact that it makes tanks with an MS effect on them healed as if they dont have an ms effect, that or you can leave it on a tank right before he dies, slap a renew let him eat the KB and pow, he just got healed for 11000 health, it's a bit circumstancial but, I love it, I just miss meditation a bit is all =(.

sac'ing meditation atm is a faux pas, although on beta holy is VERY strong which i'm happy about.
the end point holy talent at lvl 70 is just too steep.
Honestly at this point with the VERY nerfed content letting your tank die is simply beyond failure and doesn't justify the new endpoint holy talent.
I've seen priests without meditation and their while casting mp5 is about 60-80... which is kind of ridiculous... I just don't foresee a 3 min cooldown that steep in the tree justifying losing so much regen considering that atm priests are typically using coh / surge rotations and the FSR is hardly broken.
Although atm if you don't have beta i guess it's not a bad way to learn how to use the new talent.
