bandwidth, we have tons of, and the songs are compressed alot, had to compromise for sound to size issues. legal issues, broadcasting is ok as long as i own the cd. i'm not distributing the actual file, so it's ok lol.

the arcade section, well, the arcade button is on top, next to the user cp, and dkp button.

Agree. Kauru Wada also did the instrumentals for Inuyasha which are all very good and fit the character and moods perfectly.
