Hello!

I've read many threads trying to find an absolute definition. Most threads state that while you can be a hemo rogue and PvE, it is not the best build. However, others state the bonus that it gives to the rest of the raid makes it a viable raiding option.

Have you guys tested having a Hemo rogue in your raids? What kind of output does it yield? Does your hemo rogue do less damage than your other rogues and if so does the damage gained from the others output yield the amount of damage lost from the hemo rogue?

Thanks!

Hemo rogues seem fall into the same category as moonkin and full feral druids, BM hunters, affliction warlocks, retri pallys, enhancement shamans, or shadowpriests in most guilds minds. In that if your guild values PvE progression above all else, they aren't interested in those classes.
Mages and warriors are about the only classes those focused of guilds will allow to spec into any of their classes talent trees.

To answer your question about Hemo rogues increasing raid dps, a potion called Gift of Arthas will achieve the same effect.

Hemo rogues are terrible. The rogue specced hemo will do considerably less damage than if s/he was combat, and the debuff doesn't even come close to making up for it, because it doesn't scale at all.

both homo and hemo rogues get out-damaged by a feral druid.
