View Full Version : Warlock 3v3 Speccs with 2.3

So that sl/sl got nerfed very very hard in 2.3,i think there is no future for this build except maybe in 2v2, Healerspec FTW.I'm currently specced Felguard and played all Season 2 with it.Next Season i will roll with Mage/Warlock/Priest , we also have a great resto druid to run with us.

Felguard is awesome,lots of passive dps which helps with cc/cot (which is really hard,and takes a lot of skill) and extremely durable.

Affliction has more dps , but now , with 200ish mana drains just can't keep up with Demonology specs in terms of fear/cot-boting.

Sometimes i'm playing 3s with a Felhunter , i'm 7/43/11 for Arenas.Kinda stupid but sometimes it helps by a ridiculous amount for example dispelling sheep and BoF,but we all know that.


Happy to see some inputs 'cause i believe warlocks get pigeonholed to Felguard.

hmmmm w/ the nerf what do you think would be the most viable come s3 for 3vs w/ rogue(going ar/prep), pally, lock atm we bounce around 2150-2100 w/ our lock as sl/sl

If you think sl/sl is bad, just go felguard.

Just because you cant draintank for 500hps or abuse drain mana doesn't make sl/sl bad. It still offers probably the best survivability, better debuff protection, coex, and the ability to use a felhunter without gimping your dps. In 3s I dont see why you wouldn't want the extra dispel/cs.

If you think sl/sl is bad, just go felguard.

I think felguard is a lot better than sl/sl with a mage as a partner.I tried it out for a few games and we couldn't burn down anything fast enough w/o nightfall proccs.

W/ a mage? No, Demo is a much better spec.

I was affliction in season 1,the day i went sl i didn't want to go back again.Even with 490 resilience i'm much more squishy,of course.Also any sl build outperforms 43/7/11 by a huge margin,if you're not running with a spriest that is.

490? Wtf is the cap, I have 410 and I feel that's way more then enough.

493 is cap.
